At IPG-Supertech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your IPG-Supertech account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
